Privacy Practices, Good Faith Estimate, and Professional Notifications

The California Board of Behavioral Sciences has requested that all its licensed professionals, including Marriage and Family Therapists, provide clients with the following legal notices. These notices will be available for a minimum of one year from the date of the notification, or longer if required by law. We reserve the right to amend the content, accessibility, or means of communication at required or allowed by law.
